Welcome to our charming pool home near Disney! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, with resort amenities just a short walk away! Our home is located close to Disney and is a short drive to Universal and SeaWorld too! Also close by is US 192, where you will find endless amounts of restaurants, a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses, and more!

Relax with the whole family in this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Davenport’s Solana resort community! It is conveniently located near Walt Disney World and everything else that Central Florida has to offer. Sliding glass doors open out to the pool deck which is enclosed by a screen and is surrounded by high privacy hedges where there are tables, chairs, and pool loungers. The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to stay in to prepare meals and entertain. Solana is a quiet resort in an exclusive gated security neighborhood known for its beautiful Mediterranean style homes. Two blocks away is Solana’s clubhouse which includes a large community pool and hot tub, cabanas, an 18 hole mini golf course, a beach volleyball court, soccer pitches, playgrounds, a fitness room, and arcade games. (Resort facilities are managed by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental.) This home offers optional heating for the pool at an additional price of $30 per night. We do require a minimum notice of 24 hours so that the pool has time to heat up. We also offer a small propane grill for your use with a 1 time fee of $60.

This was our first Airbnb that our family booked for our first trip to Disney World, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The place was excellent, and very well maintained. Monica was an excellent host. Great communication, and ensuring that we were well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely be looking to rebook if we find ourselves back in the area. My family enjoyed this home, there was plenty of space. My kids loved the pool, they had so much fun. It was clean and was well stocked in the kitchen, it had all the essentials-towels, trash bags. And the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely recommend it.

This was our second time at the property for the kids spring break. We loved it first time and decided to go there for the second time as well. Kids love the Bluey’s themed and Mickey- Minnie themed bedrooms. Pool was our main attraction. Pool heater was useful on some colder evenings. Definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Disney and universal parks !!
